What are the methods for surface treatment of non-standard bolts?

Update time  2024-01-12 Reading 69

In the production process of non-standard bolts, good surface treatment is very important. So, what are the methods of surface treatment in the production of non-standard bolts? Now let the titanium standard parts manufacturer take you to learn more.

1. Mechanical plating: By coating metal particles and cold welding the coating onto the surface of the product, it affects the surface of the product.

2. Electroplating: Immerse the electroplated parts in an aqueous solution containing deposited metal compounds, use current to precipitate the electroplated metal through the electroplating tank, and deposit it on the components. Generally, electroplating involves galvanization, copper, nickel, chromium, copper nickel alloys, and sometimes black (blue), phosphating, etc.

3. Hot dip galvanizing: Soak carbon steel components in a molten pool at a temperature of approximately 510 ℃ to complete. As a result, the zinc iron alloy on the surface of the steel gradually becomes passive zinc on the outer surface of the product. Hot dip aluminum plating is a similar process.

Therefore, non-standard bolts need to choose appropriate surface treatment methods according to the actual situation to ensure their good performance.
